The National Music Publishers’ Association is taking on iTunes in a battle to increase royalty rates for artists. The publishers association want the rates hiked up 66%, from 9 cents to 15 cents a track.

The kind of people sitting on that board are the same people who sued college students and grandmas for using Napster and eventually drove the music business into the sorry state of affairs it's currently in.
